COLOMBERA & GARELLA

Vineyards and wines in Masserano, Alto Piemonte

The Colombera & Garella winery is located in Masserano, in Northern Piedmont. We cultivate 9.5 hectares of vineyards  between the villages of Lessona, Masserano and Roasio.
Using only native grapes - Nebbiolo, Croatina and Vespolina - we make Lessona DOC, Bramaterra DOC and Coste della Sesia DOC.

OUR WINERY

SUSTAINABLE VITICULTURE IN NORTHERN PIEDMONT

Our philosophy focuses on the search for the highest quality while respecting the environment and the uniqueness of our area.
In the vineyard we apply a sustainable viticulture, avoiding chemical weeding and seeking the utmost respect for the environment.

LOCAL GRAPE VARIETIES

We have always grown only native grape varieties: Nebbiolo, Croatina and Vespolina. Today our winery runs 9.5 hectares of vineyards: 8.5 in the Bramaterra area, precisely in Cottignano, Costa and in Corticella, and 1 hectare in Lessona, the Pizzaguerra vineyard.

RESPECTFUL WINEMAKING

In the cellar we apply a light-handed winemaking, respecting the rhythms of nature and accompanying the wines to their natural aging.

OUR TERROIRS, BOTTLED

In the winemaking process we seek the best representation of the peculiarities of each winegrowing area and vineyard.
